At this stage, any faults or compatibility problems between different hardware systems will most probably result in delays and operating deficiencies.

To avoid this unpleasant scenario and to ensure that your entire system is functional prior to the actual installation, Tadiran Spectralink offers complete in-factory integration. This not only includes Tadiran Spectralink components, but other hardware, such as controllers, antennas, etc.

We are capable of testing complete system operability. This teamwork approach has proven an invaluable part of providing complete Customer Satisfaction and trust.

As part of our commitment to Quality and Customer Satisfaction, we guarantee every product we manufacture against defects in materials and workmanship for twelve months. Any faults during this period will be repaired under our standard warranty at one of our regional repair depots, to ensure quick repair and available parts for emergency situations.

For repairs, call the Customer Service Department, package the equipment, and ship the package to the repair depot address given to you by our Customer Service staff.

Tadiran Spectralink offers unsurpassed technical support. Our engineers provide free phone support. These engineers solve most of customer issues relating to installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Tadiran Spectralink products over the telephone.
