Executive Profiles

Mr. Zvi Krepel is a vice president of Elisra and General Manager of Tadiran Spectralink Ltd.  Previously, Mr. Krepel was Director of Tadiran Spectralink´s Strategic Business Units (SBUs) for Search & Rescue and Guided Weapon Systems, and for Data Links for UAVs and Space.

Zvi Krepel is a Col. (Ret´d) in the Israeli Air Force (IAF). Before retiring, after 27 years of active service, Mr. Krepel filled numerous important positions. His last two were: Director of the Communications & Navigation Department, and Director of the Defense Research & Development Division.

Mr. Krepel holds degrees in Electronics Engineering (BsC) and Business Administration (MBA).

Zvi Krepel is married and the father of two children.

Before becoming Senior Director of Finance and Control of Tadiran Spectralink and Tadiran Electronic Systems, Mrs. Yehudit Rozenberg filled a number of managerial positions with diverse organizations within Tadiran Ltd.: Director of Finance of the Communications and Systems Groups; Comptroller of the Communications Systems Division; Head of the Finance and Customers Department of Tadiran´s Corporate Headquarters, etc.

Yehudit Rozenberg´s academic qualifications include an Executive MBA from Tel Aviv University and an M.A. degree in Economics from Bar-Ilan University.

Tadiran Spectralink´s Senior Director of Marketing and Sales, Mr. Avi Peleg, is a retired captain in the Israeli Navy. In his last post in active duty, Mr. Peleg was head of the team reponsible for building the Israeli Navy´s "submarine of the future" in Germany. In addition, during his service he was engaged in the development and implementation of radar and optronic detection systems, and was in charge of the characterization of integrated Electronic Warfare systems.

Avi Peleg holds a degree in Electronics Engineering. He is married and the father of three children. 

Before assuming his present position, he served as Production Management and Control manager for Spectralink´s sister company, Tadiran Electronic Systems; in this capacity, he was responsible for establishing work programs, carrying out sales programs, managing production processes and priorities, supplying materials to the production lines, and scheduling, coordinating and controlling production and procurement activities.

Yaniv Gavurin is a Lt. Col. (Res.) in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), and serves as a battalion commander in the IDF reserves. Before his discharge from active service, Mr. Gavurin filled various command positions in one of the IDF´s fighting units, and was responsible for planning and defining material and human resources for both current and future needs.

Mr. Gavurin holds a B.Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Israel Institute of Technology (Technion) at Haifa, specializing in Production and Human Resources management.

Yaniv is married and the father of two children.

Mr. Eli Bortman is Tadiran Spectralink’s Senior Director for R&D.

Prior to joining Tadiran Spectralink, Mr. Bortman filled senior executive positions with some of Israel’s leading hi-tech companies – most recently at Alvarion, where he was VP for R&D and Systems.

Before that, Eli was VP R&D at Bamboo Mediacasting and served as VP and General Manager of Celtro – the Cellular Business Unit of ECI NGTS.

Previously, from 1987 till 2000, Mr. Bortman had filled responsible managerial and R&D positions at ECI Telecom.

Eli Bortman holds a BSc degree in Electronics Engineering and an MBA degree from Tel Aviv University – both Magna Cum Laude.

Eli is married and the father of two children.

Mr. Gershon Bloch is the Senior Director of Tadiran Spectralink´s Strategic Business Unit (SBU), in charge of all of the company´s business lines - Data Link Systems for UAVs and Guided Weapons, Battlespace Information Dissemination Systems, CSAR/SAR Systems, and Satellite Communications Systems.

Mr. Bloch joined Spectralink after a long career in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) Intelligence Branch, from which he retired as a Lt. Col. (Res.). Before retiring from active service he was a Branch Commander and Deputy Commander of the "Technical Division".

Gershon Bloch, married and the father of three children, holds a degree in Business Management.

Ms. Anat Raudnitz joined Tadiran Spectralink in the year 2000, as an assistant to the VP of Human Resources, in charge of personnel recruitment and training. In 2007 she was appointed as Divisional Manager of Human Resources.

Holding a B.Sc. degree in Behavioral Science from Ben-Gurion University, Ms. Raudnitz acquired experience in human resources management and development while working in the Job Placement Unit at that university´s Dean of Students Bureau.

Anat is married and the mother of two children.
